Welcome to Arena Match Blast. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how ARENAGO ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you play our mobile game Arena Match Blast (the "Game").

1. Information We Collect

To provide a fully synchronized and competitive gameplay experience, we collect certain personal and gameplay data through our secure backend integration:

• Account & Authentication Data: When you register or log in (via our Single Sign-On or Email system), we securely collect and store your email address, password (encrypted), and chosen username/display name via Firebase Authentication.
• Profile Information: We store your profile data, including custom avatar selections and avatar image URLs, via Firebase Firestore.
• Gameplay & Progress Statistics: To prevent data loss and support cloud saving, we track and store your local progress, including your current level, total stars collected, experience points (XP), challenge points balance, remaining lives, and game preferences (sound/music settings).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following operational purposes:

• To create, manage, and secure your player account.
• To synchronize your game progress, coins, and points seamlessly across multiple devices.
• To operate the Global Leaderboard Arena Map, which publicly displays your username, ranking, and avatar to other active players dynamically within the game path.
• To process technical support requests and secure our backend database against unauthorized activity.

3. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We utilize highly secure infrastructure from trusted service providers to run the Game's features:

• Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage): Used to handle secure user registrations, real-time cloud data storage, and network requests. Google’s use of your information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion Policy

We retain your account and progress data for as long as your account remains active. We strongly support your right to privacy and control over your own personal data:

• In-App Deletion Flow: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data directly from the profile management panel within the Game.
• Permanent Erasure: To prevent accidental clicks, the deletion requires you to verify your identity by re-typing your registered email address. Once confirmed, your Firebase Authentication record, Firestore user document, profile data, and leaderboard records are immediately and permanently erased from our servers and cannot be recovered.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Game is designed for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete that information from our secure servers.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be made available by updating the effective date at the top of this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any updates.
